Yoga offers an excellent way to prepare for the big event. Not only do you fitter, but you can actually relax, and celebrate. A few minutes of yoga everyday for a few days before your marriage, and you are all set to radiate confidence and love on your big day. Here are a few easy, low-impact yoga postures to help you stretch, bend, twist and breathe your way to become a gorgeous bride inside and out.

Every bride wants her shoulders, arms and back to look stunning in her wedding dress. Try some of these asanasNaukaasana (boat pose), Shalabhasana (Half-Locust Pose), Viparit Shalabhasana (Superman Pose), etc. for a magical effect.
Naukaasana
  • Lie down on your back. Place your arms by the side of your body and keep your feet together.
  • Breathe in, and as you exhale, gently lift your chest, arms and legs a few inches above the ground in the shape of a boat.
  • Your eyes, hands and toes should be in one straight line.
  • Keep breathing in and out while holding the posture.
  • After a few counts, as you exhale, release the posture slowly and come back to the ground.
